893804a17c Add uninstaller icons and update packaging scripts
Some checks reported errors
farmcontrol/farmcontrol-ui/pipeline/head Something is wrong with the build of this commit
Details 
- Introduced `uninstaller.ico` and `farmcontroluninstaller.png` assets for the uninstaller.
- Updated `farmcontrol.nsi` to define and use the uninstaller icon.
- Modified build scripts to copy and handle the uninstaller icon during the packaging process.
- Enhanced pre-build script to include the uninstaller icon in the required assets check.
